Priscilla Presley will join the celebration of Hollywood and horses and will be autographing a limited number of models of Rising Sun, Elvis’ registered palomino American Quarter Horse! Join Breyer as they launch the Breyer’s Elvis Presley collection.
Priscilla is attending BreyerFest 2010 July 23-24 to share her love of horses and her support of equine rescue. Of the four horses living at Graceland, Max, Tucker and Bandit were adopted after being rescued. Candy, the fourth, was a gift. In addition to the model of Rising Sun, Breyer will be offering charming plush beanie toys of the four horses currently at Graceland and Stablemates scale models of Rising Sun, Bear, Moriah and Domino, the equines that inhabited Graceland while Elvis was there.
BreyerFest weekend will also be the launch of the Elvis Presley Graceleand Stables Exhibit at the International Museum of the Horse at the Kentucky Horse Park! Included in the exhibit are Elvis’ saddles and bridles, video footage of the Presley family riding and other historic archival materials on loan from the stables at Graceland.
The horse-loving spirit of Elvis will ride again this summer when Elvis Presley Enterprises, Inc. and Breyer join forces to launch Breyer’s Elvis Presley Collection of the horses of Graceland at BreyerFest this summer!
The Breyer Elvis Presley Collection is a tribute to Elvis and Priscilla Presley’s favorite horses, past and present, and the collection will be launched at BreyerFest this year to commemorate the 75th anniversary of the birth of the King of Rock ‘n’ Roll.
“As always, we’re launching the Breyer Elvis Presley Collection with a collectible Traditional® Series portrait model of Elvis’ registered American Quarter Horse Rising Sun, a gorgeous palomino named in honor of one of his favorite songs,” said Stephanie Macejko, Vice President of Marketing and Product Development at Breyer. “The model of Rising Sun will be available at BreyerFest.”
Priscilla Presley will join in the celebration on July 23-24 to share her love of horses and support of equine welfare. Of the three horses currently living at Graceland, Max and Tucker were adopted after being rescued and Bandit was rescued through her efforts. Priscilla will sign models of Rising Sun at BreyerFest.*
